Fun Fact: I begged my boss to let me come on the cruise and "snap photos of the reps" saying that it would "be beneficial for marketing". It was a no go. :(The cruise was always a big deal at Platinum. The more reps could sell 100 accounts, the more money we made as a whole. So advertising this season-long incentive was crucial.
We found out that most reps would sign the incentive posters when they reached their goal, so we provided alot of white space for the entire office to sign and made it look very appealing to reach that goal.
On top of that, we created faux-cruise tickets and mailed them to each rep in a special envelope that congratulated them when they acheived their 100 accounts sold. The reps loved it.
